  • Pros

  • I was a user of the program for a brief period but had a chance to work with it and found it absolutely useful. It gets the job done, has a great team and it's very user friendly.
  • He told me that time: "Azzam, don't worry. We are with you. I am thankful to them for the great support that facilitated us to reach our goals and to win in the market.
  • The OTRAMS engine is highly automated, thus helping us to reduce man power which lowered our operations costs and along with the powerful booking engine we are seeing a good growth in our business.
  • Cons

  • Nothing about the program left me with a bad taste.
  • When we started using OTRAMS, we were a team of 10 people which catered to Online Sales, Operation, and Distribution in an offline environment.

  • I liked the way the interface looks, it's very appealing. It's easily navigated and has a pleasant layout.
  • What I like most about this software is its user friendliness. Its has the ability to give you all the data you need in related to your guest and their agents.
  • Our library of reports is impressive. We have created reports for every departmental need and are pleased with the ability of RDP/Crystal Reports to be tailored.
  • Cons

  • I also hate how not user-friendly it is. It is not an intuitive software.
  • No real 24 hr support without fees. Cant even upload a support ticket on the weekends or overnight which is kinda ridiculous.
  • We have tried some demo versions of other software but there was always something missing that we got with RDP so we have been sticking with it.
