Pros
- This rapid & sustained growth says a lot about how OTRAMS is not only a strong, award winning, robust software; but also how it is capable of adapting and growing along with your business goals.
- I was a user of the program for a brief period but had a chance to work with it and found it absolutely useful. It gets the job done, has a great team and it's very user friendly.
- We are more than satisfied with OTRAMS ,the product is very easy to use with excellent on time service and brilliant support from experienced professional team.
Cons
- Nothing about the program left me with a bad taste.
- When we started using OTRAMS, we were a team of 10 people which catered to Online Sales, Operation, and Distribution in an offline environment.
Pros
- RDPWin has been very pleasant, it is a user friendly product- which can improve business performance and with the right time spent with the customer service- can improve efficiency.
- The product is very good, and there is flexibility if you have ideas of your own to improve the product for your own company.
- I liked the way the interface looks, it's very appealing. It's easily navigated and has a pleasant layout.
Cons
- I also hate how not user-friendly it is. It is not an intuitive software.
- No real 24 hr support without fees. Cant even upload a support ticket on the weekends or overnight which is kinda ridiculous.
- We have tried some demo versions of other software but there was always something missing that we got with RDP so we have been sticking with it.
