A Travel Coordinator's best friend
A super easy answer to quick business travel arrangements. TravelPerk have provided a very personal service to our business and for that we are very grateful - they really have become partners and that aligns them far more with the more traditional corporate travel agent without the heavy price tag. We book a lot of very difficult travel itineraries and TravelPerk is always happy to step in and put in the grunt work which saves me a huge amount of time. Customer service is very accessible and very good and when I am away from the office they are always happy to pick up my travel bookings on behalf of my colleagues, which is way beyond the call of duty. Their offices are filled with very enthusiastic staff who are clearly happy to work in such a fab environment.
PROSOur business has been utilising TravelPerk for well over a year now. From the very start they bent over backwards to ensure that we had the support and assistance we needed. The software is super easy to use, my favourite part is that the price on the front end matches what you pay at check out - many of these platforms are misleading with their prices which is frustrating for a busy Office Manager. Easy to set up new people, cost centres, policies and to monitor travel spend.
CONSI do wish we could earn rewards on hotels. A more extensive mobile app would be very useful.

TravelPerk is light years better than any business travel solution in the market today
We get more visibility, less overhead and managed to save 23% on our global travel spend compared to the travel agent we were using before
PROSIT JUST WORKS!!! Unlike all the old corporate booking tools out there, TravelPerk is neatly designed and lets me book a trip for myself or for others in minutes. They have a huge inventory as they are integrated not only with Amadeus and all the old GDS travel networks with Skyscanner, Expedia, Booking.com and all the online inventory we are used to finding online so I always get the best options. I don't have to browse multiple websites, it's all there in one place, with my travel information, documents, and preferences. On top of that, if anything goes south, they have an amazing 24/7 customer support so it's like having your own personal travel assistant
CONSIt would be great if I could check-in directly without having to be redirected to the airline website

Where are all the True Reviews? This site is a joke.
We have had non stop issues. Booking requests taking weeks to be confirmed. Booked flights being canceled and receiving no notice from the Travelperk on need to change days. Hotels being confirmed and paid for on the Travelperk end and not actually being confirmed our paid for by the 3rd party platforms like Booking, or Hotelbeds being used by TravelPerk. Flight modifications request taking days to process. Customer Service is basically worthless. I've had to hound our account rep to get anything resolved.
PROSThe back end of setting up travel policies and tracking travel is decent.
CONSToo many to list. Trip confirmations have taken us up to 5 days to receive (that after hounding our server reps). Good luck getting help from a competent customer service rep if you have to modify a trip or if you have a issue like they never actually booked or paid for your hotel like they confirmed. This site has turned into a nightmare for our employee travelers and I would caution anyone considering. Their service is so unreliable and plain bad.

Great tool, great support
overall the tool has been a great discovery, i think is one of the best platform for travel management, and the in depth analytics allow for an efficient cost control
PROSthe tool is very easy to use both from admin and user side, but the customer support is the real deal here. Both the commercial and the technical support available from the platform are irreplaceable
CONSsometimes travels failed to be completed due to seats being already taken, is a minior issue but one i hope travelperk will be able to fix soon

Great service -Save a lot of time and hassle
It's a free tool that combines the perks of searching for your own flights and hotels online (no travel agents involved, so much faster and more dynamic) plus the advantages of having all the expenses and reports in one place. They also have great support line- you can actually talk to someone (not machines) that can fix any issue with your travel, like a travel agent would do. We had to change a flight and the process was super smooth and easy. And, IT'S FREE!
CONSWe use Airbnb rather than hotels quite frequently.. You can ask TP support to book Airbnb, but an automatic integration with Airbnb would be nice.

When I've got an issue, the solution was immediate
My experience is really good! I've never had issues with any reservation despite of travelling very often. Customer service reacted immediately when I was left on ground in Belgium by airline cancellation. Even it was at 1 am in the morning, they booked a hotel for me and make the situation less stressful. Very satisfied with Travelperk!
PROSIt's very easy to use to build the trips, the addition of hotel reward cards was a plus
CONSSome hotels availabilty, not easy to find roundtrips with 2 airlines. Also not being able to make some changes but having to make an entire new booking.

The Customer Support is fantastic!
Firstly, the platform is very user friendly! It allows team members to organise and control their own trips within a Travel Policy set by us which is really handy! Furthermore, it's simple to use when organising big group trips too! But I would like to focus on how helpful the TP team are; fast response time, great support feedback and also give great advice! Understandably, this current situation is difficult for the travel industry, but the TP team have been nothing but great! Shout out to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] our account manager!

Not the best user experience, can be quite frustrating
It's a good tool for managing travel expenses for bigger teams, it saves a lot of time for HR/Finance teams but at the same time the experience for users is not the greatest as the platform has issues.
PROSGood selection of hotels/travel options, easy to access all relevant information (price, description, details).
CONSPlatform has a few glitches when it comes to the actual booking and that can be quite frustrating as an user.

Great experience, ingenious convenience
First, we use TravelPerk to book all business travel for our sale employees and appreciate the most, that finally we found a service that provides one invoice for all. In the past, we needed to book everything separately and take care about the invoices, which is always more struggle than fun. This times are over thanks to TravelPerk and their great product. Second, the User Experience of the product is outstanding. It's intuitive and easy to use and every single sales employee can book their travel now by themselves thanks to the option to implement your own guidelines and policies.
CONSWould be great to be able to book different airlines and provider in one trip. Instead, you need to create two trips right now to achieve that. But this is nothing minor, just a plus for the future.

A very useful tool to book your business trip
I enjoy this tool because it helps me a lot in creating my business trips, the overall process is good: discoverability of the options, selections, request approval and support are at very good level.
PROSThe flexibility of creating the trips and also the usability of the entire platform. Furthermore I noticed a very good increase of connections with Rail lines, Airlines, etc.
CONSNot all combination of trains can be created, so we need to create different tickets for that.

Great service - your travels will be 100% under control
Spending very few time arranging perfectly my weekly trips is a huge advantage in terms of time and money for me and my company.
PROSThe easiness of usage, from PC and mobile phone. So good to get such a quick flights overview, combined with a real time booking for cars and hotels as well. Good also that all loyalty cards/numbers area automatically loaded!
CONSPerhaps more reaction from customer service by suggesting other routes once you have a massive delay/situation on a flight

Finally a software that works
I booked my first trip 2 weeks ago. It was simple, user friendly and efficient. It was also well priced. I had one small issue in which I reached out to the support team. They replied quickly and resolved my issue with the airline.
PROSEase of use and speed of booking. It was a pleasure to see my choices and options on the screen and be able to select what i needed to use.
CONShotel look up function. It is always so difficult to locate the hotel on a map and map the distance to an event or location.
Reason for choosing TravelPerk
Travel Perk is a great solution as we use RAMP to process our credit cards and the software is compatible to RAMP and our ERP.
Reasons for switching to TravelPerk
1st and foremost price per itinerary. They charge per passenger, not per trip. 2nd is the software functionality for our team. 3rd is the convenience and support.

Easy to use tool
I really like how easy it is to to use. I need to use the phone app more, but as I have everything I need off the desktop version, I typically don't need to, but what I do like now is the app alerts me with gate information and reminders of flights/trips.
PROSWith little training on the use, it was very easy to pick up the knowledge on how to use the TravelPerk tool. Easy to search for flights and hotels and keep track of my travel.
CONSI need to use the phone app more, but so far all features have helped manage my travel with ease.

Business travel made easier than personal trips
It's designed well, easy to use, and has all the features you may need to book your business trip right in the app: flights, trains, rental cars, hotels, etc. If you want to book something outside the app (an Airbnb, an airport transfer or something), there's even a Concierge service that can do it for you. Very convenient, definitely recommend!
CONSOnce I needed to cancel a flight because my business trip was canceled, but I still needed that flight for personal reasons. Because the cancelation needs to be first processed by TravelPerk, it's much slower than canceling with the airline directly, which means you don't know if that ticket is going to be available on the airline's website and when. Somebody else can end up buying it before you get the chance. So I had to find a different flight. But that's a very specific situation. So no hard feelings.

Smooth flight booking process
- Easy flight booking process - Flights sorted by the best ones - Filter flights by company policy - Flight check-in reminder
CONS- integrate with airlines to know the check-in status, and display this status and check-in data in TravelPerk - maybe adding some resources about the flight process (allowed bag weight, online check-in process, general guidelines for first-time travelers) would be great, this will make the user doesn't need to navigate to the airline website.

Poor customer experience
It is a nice platform as long as everything runs ok. Once issue appears, they just blame their partners instead of solving it.

Exceeds Expectations
I am very happy using TravelPerk to book all of my business travel. Online booking is convenient, but I know I can rely on effective and kind customer service to help me when there's been any kind of travel glitch. They have even been able to secure refunds in times when there was not one guaranteed.
CONSI really don't have any complaints. There's nothing I'm unhappy with in my user experience.

Booking 2 flights a week for 4 months. And a few hotels and Airbnbs.
Saved me Quite a few times.
PROSThe most perfect customer support, friendly, always there and helpful, switching flights, getting refunds. They almost feel like colleagues from another team.
CONSFlight bookings always take 20 between the search and the payment, probably because the providers target business bookers with increased prices... Also looking to have a "My favorite" section, or having an integration of Airbnb.

Great product for large teams
We mainly use TravelPerk because it allows us to use the points we acquire through using the credit card system, Divvy.
PROSWorking with everyone at TravelPerk has been great. From answering initials questions, through implementation, and during use. I think their biggest strength is their team. Having another group to help with logistics and answer questions is fantastic. They're great at helping answer questions, and make adjustments as needed. It takes a lot of worry out of the process.
CONSVisually it's not as intuitive as I would like. And sometimes after we book flights, it's hard to share all of the details with other team members.
