Traveling internationally it os difficult to specify which currency is used in the expenses. I needed to convert every receipt to US dollars to make sure the expense report correctly reimbursed me.

Since launching this in our company I'm only getting positive feedback. It's easy to use and the team behind it is amazing.

Being able to do everything from my cellphone is amazing.

My expenses review is the reason why I'm using advataxes. Still some work to do in order to improve the software but nice in general.

No mobile app to support this. Requires manual manipulation for currency exchange.

Some drop downs are very repetitive. I'm sure they serve a purpose but time consuming.

Once you learn these things, this isn't an issue. It's just more of a barrier for the initial user experience and flow when you are getting to know the software.

It is pretty straight forward. Really, you are forcing a minimum of characters.

But with some of the new changes and associated costs, it is becoming difficult to justify.

Drop down menus with useful categories. Developers open to customization/corrections.

Really positive so far, been using it for five years (both the desktop and more recently  the smartphone application).

It is difficult to upload receipts into the website.

Globaly, Advataxes was used to refund some travel costs and it worked pretty well.

Also the approbation workflow works without the need to print or send any email, that's great.

The ability to use an application on your smartphone to prepare and submit expense reports for the company is really helpful.

Generally good, but pricing is a concern going forward.

It is very user friendly and and easy to learn.

Good help from the support team whenever required.

I have a lot of expenses report to review and the system is so easy to use. The detail of the expenses is there and easy to open and approuve.

The modification of the dates is hard to do and sometimes we need to cancel some entries.

Unable to forward a pdf invoice received in an email (from an hotel). No app on iPhone so not able to use without Internet access.

It helps to make the work easier without the use of a printer. Reduced the work load as cell phones are used by everyone all the time.

Easy to navigate, you  can save reports and continue later.

Easier approval process. Very good customer services.

Ability to directly save invoices into the system from a camera. Automatic calculation of mileage.

Lag between operations needs more options, not the same KM between results… need more boxes to be filled when you travel. When you have to stop more than one place.

The rental car function needs a lot of work. My receipt showed different information than the company had on one trip which was a painful issue to reconcile.

Great tool that is easy to use and gives back perks in the form of Amazon gift cards. Awesome customer service and overall, a tool that makes booking company travel easy.

I like the google map feature so I can see the distance between my hotel and wherever I'm going. I also like that my frequent flyer info and my Marriott rewards is saved.

Nice user interface with ability to customize selectable options to fit within travel policy.

Makes it easy to use and book travel, love the rebates and rewards program, and customer service is great.

Love that there's a user friendly mobile app as well. On top of all that come some pretty great perks that I don't think anybody could possibly complain about.

Extremely intuitive and minimal configuration required. All I need to put in was my information and loyalty memberships.

TripActions can be integrated with my company 's expense system and make my reimbursement so much easier. Notifications are useful as reminders before the trip.

The fact that I make money (via Amazon giftcards) for saving the company money on my travel expenses is the greatest thing. I think that's their best feature by far.

But this was after hours of frustration on the end users. We seemed to have trouble setting up our corporate numbers in TripActions.

The Customer Support has been outstanding, any issues I've had have been quickly resolved with great professionalism.

My favorite part of working in TripActions is the ability to sort and filter travel options by Loyalty, Amazon Rewards or other amenities.

You can get any information you need from their reporting tool which has been IMMENSELY helpful during audit season. We don't use them, but the Controls ability is awesome.

There are definitely some bugs that have led to a poor candidate experience for us.

It does not always find the cheapest option. I can often find something cheaper just on Expedia which is odd.

It's wonderful that TripActions tries to maximize your individual reward memberships to get you the best travel deal for you and your company.

Mostly pretty good, good integration with expensify.

Love how easy it is to use, the fact that it optimizes for reward programs (sky miles, hotel reward programs, etc) and the ability to save money for the company while earning rewards.

It's easy to use and find what you need and the filters are great. Also the customer service is prompt and very helpful and friendly.
