Great tool ! Capabilities to configure private fares are extensive and continuously improved at record speed. Hotel location safety check, sharing flight options via email from search results, great app, etc. ! Very quick to implement industry required changes (e.g. adding country of issuance to KTN field). #### Cons Unfortunately it is not intuitive. The fact that e.g. adding a ghost card to the site requires you to go to at least 4 different places does not make sense. Steps are easily missed. After adding it at the first place a pop up warning should appear, stating that it's not live and where to go next. The ability to clone private rates to other already existing Deem sites is lacking. The very clearly identified CANCELLABLE in GREEN vs NONCANCELLABLE in RED icons. It is very clear to the end users without having to disect the policy. #### Cons I would love to see more reporting capability in the software, such as reportable fields captured during booking.
