About iSell

iSell is a cloud-based software that provides travel agents with a dynamic packaging booking engine to book and create travel packages for customers. The application enables businesses to search for flights, cruises, tours, hotels, and ancillary products on a centralized platform.

iSell comes with an in-built customer relationship management (CRM) module, which allows organizations to handle and resolve customers’ queries on a unified location. Managers can define booking rules, generate quotes and provide discounts or promotional codes to clients.

iSell enables businesses to integrate the platform with other in-house Traveltek products.

Outstanding backend system!

Pros

I think the design, integration and single backend system is fantastic. Meets all of my needs.

Cons

No complaints whatsoever. This is an outstanding piece of software for operating tours and bookings.

Traveltek Review

Traveltek allow us to offer live availability and pricing in a fast changing environment. However when things go wrong this is where they fall down, taking an age to fix things, with some staff members not knowing how the their own systems work.

Pros

Live availability and pricing, easy to set up mark up and discounts, create your own web pages and packages etc....

Cons

Slow to fix issues, support replies aren't quick enough, not enough support for the Australia region, all departments should be open for all regions the Traveltek product is sold too.

Good product but day to day things dissapoint us

We still havent received basic reports, from time to time erros that had already been solve start to show again, support is not efficient nor very trusty, small adjustments ALWAYS have a high cost. The product certainly is good, there´s a high cost involved, but the day to day things frustates us.

Pros

Automation to create a quote/ booking and send documents

Cons

Burocracy to make small changes and even erros corrections take forever you cant trust what support tells us, bc sometimes you find out that the answer they gave you was incorrect

The best platform for selling bespoke dynamic cruise packages in the market.

Pros

Api connectivity with a wide range of cruise companies provides maximum reach and best choice for the customer.

Cons

There is a lack of comprehensive documentation for user training, particularly as you move further fropm the core product, but this is due to the bespoke nature of product development.

A very easy to use software that allows live data to be feed into the system to customise end sale

This product allows live data to be feed through the system and booked. it is easy to use and visibly easy to interpret from the sales and backoffice

Cons

users have to be very vigilant in how data is inputting as figures may seem correct however the looking from an accounts side the irregularities may cause financial problems
