Great Expense management tool
Easy and quick way of creating and managing expense files: it's very intuitive and user friendly

Not bad when used for school CRM
I love it when it comes down to the academic portion of our school.But I was forced to get additional Apps because NEO lacks of billing and invoicing functions to issue statements to students and collect and record tuition payments.
PROSThe layout of the Dashboard is well organized. It makes it easy to find what you are looking for.Adding new Classes, teachers and students is also easy to do.Being able to produce Grading and assitance with just one click its awesome.
CONSTHe App lack s of billing and invoicing functions when used for shcool management.

Beautiful from the outside but lacking the basics from the inside
Optimize travel process
PROSExtremely easy for a traveler to look and book. With just 4 questions you have our all itinerary in less than 20 seconds.
CONSIt is not built for the requester that needs to see multiple options. Not the best Air Fare Engine - not always giving the best prices. Bad multi-destination engine. Bad Family Fare/Bundled Fares management.

Good tool to manage your bookings
KDS lets you access all the availability of flights, hotels and cars to book your travel easily and within the travel policy of your company. It has an approval workflow incorporated and has an expense module in addition.
CONSIt is not so user friendly has the leisure online travel agencies websites

After a while becomes very easy online booking system
The overall display of all different options for booking is really good, gives you a good overview of what you are booking, suggests hotels for example intuitively, company preferences can be added. The booking is very very easy. Never had issues with booking and every time got great overview of what I am booking.
CONSFirst few times when I was using KDS Neo I was struggling a bit trying to find my way around the system. However after like 3 or 4 times, when I got bit more familiar with it, it became much more intuitive and much easier to work with.

Horrible interface
Cant wait for my company to choose a different vendor.
PROSNothing. It is slow. Lots of wasted space. Very poor design. Users don't need pretty graphics; we need it to work in a way that is intuitive for us, fast and straightforward.
CONSEverything. Slow to load. Very non-intuitive; buttons are all over the place. Hard to find how to do seat selection. Impossible to print off reservation. No place to leave a comment on their website.
