I liked that the softwares expense platform was very easy to use. The approval flow and reminders are great tools and often come in handy.

I also like its ability to integrate with airlines and hotels booking, so I don't have to go to those reservation sites separately.

Pretty solid controls on travel, keeping employees from paying for upgraded flights/cars that are out of policy. Expense reporting is good.

Ease of use, ability to create expense reports on the fly and submit for approval while still traveling is awesome.

There should be provision where cancelled transition returned to user if it paid already. This is the one seem missing in this.

So, my partner and I can manage our budget accordingly. My favorite feature about SAP Concur is its ability to capture hotel or gas bills as an image and attach it to a specific project.

I use this frequently, and find it to be relatively quick and simple to understand after the initial learning curve. Impressive functionality and integration opportunities.

Great troubleshooting team that responds quickly and resolves issues on a timely basis.

Overall, it is a reliable product that I have been happy with for the past ten years. I have no need to switch systems and I would definitely recommend to colleagues.

It's been a great experience. I am more than happy that there is an easier way to do reimbursements for travel, meals, and client lunches.

I love that my employer offers this to be able to handle a lot of our in-house needs. It has been super easy to use.

I like being able to name the reports myself, and the overall process is very easy and clear. I like how the product tells you where the report is in the process after submission.

I have seen there is great ability to make sure all my sales expenses are accurately recorded and reported. Very helpful in minimizing costs to company.

Really easy and straightforward, some parts are complex, but easily explained. Also customer support is helpful as well.

It is easy to use and track expenses that I have. You could also attach receipt on an expense report as supporting document which allows your manager to have a better look on your request.

There are many pros regarding this product; the one-to-one support team-you are appointed, which is  a specific team member to answer any quires. However, no questions goes unanswered.

We can easily share travel & tour templates and personalised itineraries for clients. The new features are great and it looks very professional.

The software was very easy to use, but when I used it barely any of my resorts were listed to use.

The basic version of Travey is no longer available, so we have to purchase the more expensive pro version.

Great airline database, also cruise database, (however I have found this lacking on a couple of occasions).

We loved that we could send and receive chat messages with all the guests. It was easy to get updates and help with needs.

I learned how to navigate this product with ease. Any questions that arose were addressed immediatel.

It looks super professional and now with Travefy Pro, our clients can download the app and always have everything they need at a tap of a button.

I love that I can customize their travel experiences with photos and trip details. I love that all I need to do is send my customer a link and they have their entire trip at their fingers.

I have only ever one time ran into an issue with an unsaved Travefy that unfortunately could not be recovered.

Whilst it allows individual items to be costed, there is no final tally anywhere.

It was the right price for what we needed and provided a fun, easy to use experience. Everyone that used it LOVED it.
