Gran herramienta de gestión de caja

Me parece una plataforma de gestión de tesorería buenísima. La mejor que he probado para, de una manera simple e intuitiva, llevar un control total sobre todas las cuentas de nuestro grupo empresarial. Y siguen trabajando en mejoras día a día. Enhorabuena!

Pros:

El control total sobre los movimientos de las diferentes cuentas y los gráficos que permiten agrupar los gastos por partidas. Agiliza mucho mi trabajo de contabilidad analítica y de gestión.

Cons:

Por poner una pega diría que la conexión con algunos bancos se cuelga de vez en cuando pero sé que trabajan en corregir errores y son muy receptivos a la hora del soporte técnico. Una debilidad se convierte en ventaja. Not bad.

Pros:

Antes me costaba gestionar cuentas en diversas entidades bancarias, pero ahora todo está bajo control gracias a Banktrack. Con solo una ojeada a sus paneles, puedo ver fácilmente ingresos y detectar gastos indebidos, ahorrándome los 40 minutos que solía dedicar a esta tarea. Muy recomendable!

Cons:

Cada 6 meses hay que reconectar algunos bancos pero no obstante se hace muy rápido.

Tesorería, gestión de gasto e informes todo en uno. Combina datos empresa/personal en una sola interfaz

Buen servicio. Buena atención. Respuesta inmediata. Y además contento con el producto. Útil si tienes más de 5 bancos que revisar al día. Esto no te soluciona el gestor ni mucho menos, ni la secretaria accediendo a todos los bancos para cuadrar cuentas, simplemente una visión rápida en una sola interfaz de todo.

Combina todos los datos empresa/personal/familiar en una única interfaz y gracias a sus filtros es posible separar los datos de una forma sorprendente.

Cons:

Se necesita mejorar las conexiones por qué algunas dan problemas. Pero en competencia no hay mejor para bancos españoles.

Reasons for switching to Banktrack

Fintonic es la segunda alternativa. Es gratuito y sirve a nivel personal pero hay bancos que no conecta por ejemplo, y al final merece la pena pagar.
