Being the AR person, having a report that list all open invoices and/or customers with a balance with the contact info allows my day to go more smoothly. Additionally, having the ability to add notes while speaking to customer or setup payment plan/promise to pay cuts down on time. #### Cons When a payment plan or promise to pay is setup, it would be nice if this info would automatically email the customer. If it could be emailed, it would be helpful to have a template with instruction/explanation with reply demand in place.
