-   For all its robustness and depth, Oases can be a very confusing piece of software. Because it is so complex, contains so many moving parts, and is able to be modified quite significantly to each company's preferences, one can become bogged down along the way to figuring out how exactly each piece fits together. While much helpful information is contained in the Knowledge Base, it often lacks details that would expedite understanding, being somewhat brief.
