Simple, straight-forward, and inexpensive. We have now scaled to a franchise and need more features, but Picktime was perfect for us for the first year. Cons: The customer list was glitchy. Customers didn't (at the time) create accounts. They just booked each appointment separately. So they couldn't save payment info for future use, see their history, etc. I had to handle that on my end.
