I must also highlight the great technical support service that are very receptive to solve doubts and take very into consideration the ideas of improvement of the application of their clients.

Setting up a virtual meeting is so easy, definitely with the integrated scheduler. I love the cobrowsing feature, it's so easy to work work in a page together.

Syncing of things keyed in can be slow, probably due to free trial when everyone is using it, thus causing a lag in syncing of things keyed and drawn. The lack of shapes to draw.

The ability to have perpetual rooms to use with clients is great too, you can upload files, use whiteboards etc and they are there ready for the next call with them.

It has made a huge difference in my business before covid, now that everything is remote, it's a blessing to have.

The audio and video quality is very good and ease of use too. Added benefit is their scheduling tool which links to your calendars like Calendly and Birdseed do.

Besides the great customer service, it's VERY easy for clients to access the meeting room. Cobrowse is amazing for training and tech support.

Probably, it is the most helpful service which combines the best price and the best quality. Indispensable for any exam coaches, language tutors and experienced teachers working online.

The integrated booking, billing and meetings is incredibility easy to use. My clients enjoy the platform, since there are nothing to install.

The company is quite new but I am confident they will continue to improve this valuable product into real challengers for Zoom and Hangouts, and sorry to say, one of my favorite tools, Calendly.

I have not tried out all the options and functions yet, but it is so  professional, so perfect, so splendid that I cannot express the overwhelming happiness I feel. Everything is working flawlessly.

Besides ease of use and cost, they are very responsive with communication.

Classes had to be rescheduled since too often to my liking the system is down. In record classes, I think that too often recordings are damaged, late or lost.

I don't know how on earth they stay in business with such poor business practices and such poor customer service.

They are an unprofessional enterprise, completely incompetent and have pushed this user to absolute breaking point. The service has been the worst I have ever experienced.

It has many useful features and functions. You can share documents and also take multiple sessions at a time.

He will promise everything and he took advantage knowing that I don't have a developer to help me with the integration.

Technically Stable, user-friendly, very rare major issues, minor glitches resolves within few minutes, useful tools and other features.

So WizIQ just does not sell the product only but also gives you the help and support to use the software effectively. Overall  I am very happy using this software for my online teaching business.

Text chat interface is clean; option to teach live as well as record a course; is very affordable.

Tech support is very helpful and the instructions are very clear and simple. I used it when I was laid up for some time and it worked like a charm to keep my classes going without a hitch.

WizIQ provided a very cost effective alternative to students or teachers having to fly or travel long distances to attend specialized classes.

Making of Tests is too easy. Marketing ideas supported by support Team are too good enough though there is room to improve.

I find WizIQ has poor maths support, and is overall clunky and difficult to use compared to the other whiteboard app I use.

The quality of the recorded videos is excellent. Easy integration with WordPress, and update plugins are frequently available.

Echo is what bothers me. Though the support staff guided me to trouble shoot but this is one issue which I have difficulty with.

Over the course of 3 months we had many problems and we lost a lot of money from failing our students.

Thier servers are very weak. Cannot handl emore than 20 students at a time.

Load balancer activated, 32 GB Ram. But wen i click Wiziq class, it always fails for the concurrent classes.

Very valuable for the price. Students and professors enjoy to work using this platform as it has many clear advantages.

There aren't a whole bunch of easily accessible platforms for creating online learning and classes, so this is a nice option.

The user has to report issues which go unresolved. You cannot use this software without teachers, students and customers being unhappy.

WizIQ's best tool is that it provides multiple class rooms at a single session, which is very helpful to conduct tests and exams.

They told me the integration would be quick but it has been a month and I have to chase them for them to hurry, and i meet endless technical problems.
