Easy is a cloud-based accounting solution designed to helps midsize businesses to manage their accounts, client details, payroll, documents and more. The solution caters to a variety of businesses including retailers, law firms, startups, e-commerce companies, restaurants and non-profits.

The solution provides ready-to-use templates with configurable fields that allow users to generate bills and invoices, financial reports, liability sheets and more. The built-in customer relationship management (CRM) module helps businesses to create a centralized client database. Users can create and send email campaigns, schedule tasks for themselves or other employees through a personalized calendar, as well as capture and manage leads.

The document management module allows users to tag and store documents in custom categories. Users can also change security settings for their documents and make them as private to avoid unauthorized access.

Easy Accountax is available on a monthly subscription basis. Support is offered via phone and email.

I can approve the invoices and expenses claims.
Great handy tool to raise expense claims.
i can access all my suppliers and clients in one place.it does what i need.

Best accounting app.
The nicest accounting program and bussiness tool available.so far i didn't find any cons about easy..

Much better! The app seems to be maturing nicely. I am now finding this far more useful. The best part is how quickly you can reconcile.

Easy to Use compare to other software. Also, many functionality available like invoice, Multi currency, CRM, Payroll, etc.

Cons

Reporting and dashboard- the biggest challenge currently in Easy Accounting is reporting capabilities and dashboard features
