Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This program is very easy to use and very simple. I use it daily and on my phone. It makes my work life easier.

  • I love the fact that it is so easy to use. Our staff loves the option to download the app on their phones and look at their schedules while on the go!

  • Cons

  • Booker is great for a Spa business but lacks optimization and flexibility to handle classes and workshops.

  • When clients try to book online through Booker, it sometimes does not put them on the books, or the slot is already filled and we will get double booked.

  • Pros

  • I love this product -- one of the handful I am so happy to pay for. It saves me so much time scheduling meetings, and I love the customization and automation.

  • This product is extremely helpful in my day to day activities. It saves me a lot of time coordinating with prospects to schedule.

  • Cons

  • It can be a little boring since it is very basic, it lacks UI upgrades for it to be on the snappy side, nonetheless this is still a very useful tool.

  • I wish they had the ability to add blocks of available time vs a link to click through but other than that it is great.
