  • I just love this features on this program very easy to use very informative to the customer and very professional format

  • I love the price, ease of use, and the features it includes.

  • Cons

  • Don't have a date when the vehicle was dropped off for repairs

  • I wish it would report service to carfax. I would like to see more invoice templates.

  • Pros

  • Shop-Ware is easy to learn, clean, collaborative, easy for clients to interact with and improves productivity. Love it!!!!

  • Shop-ware is very intuitive, easy to learn. The customers love the way they can interact with it, approve or decline repairs, post notes etc. Highly recommend!

  • Cons

  • If i have to put a con it would be the parts ordering system. (parts tech) It's not terrible but defiantly has bugs.

  • Learning to navigate through some features took some effort in the beginning. However, that’s probably more me and my lack of computer skills than Shop-Ware.
