Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like how easy it is to use and I love the technical support team. They are easy to get a hold of and answer back very quickly.

  • the ease of use and function, It just makes sense and flows really nice

  • Cons

  • Overall Fullbay covers all bases in our approach to customer service. Some of the reporting is a bit short on the tech side but I find it very hard to find fault with the product.

  • Since the software is so complex and customizable, improvements sometimes take a while to get done.

  • Pros

  • The price is great. Very easy program to use. The program has been getting better and better over the years. The quotes are very nice and professional.

  • I love this product. It makes doing my repair tickets easy

  • Cons

  • Everything is fine with it, Drawbacks are minimal

  • There were a few glitches along the way when I first started using it but real time iron those out I really have nothing negative to say about real time and their product.
