Pros/Cons

Pros
Easy to install and manage. Great support from Birst and the Birst community. Good BItools getting better every three months.
I really liked the buttons. The buttons were very easy to see and use. It made someone who often misses things like me love it.

Cons
It work great when you move the data inside Birst, but there are limitations for Live enviroments.
The online help is usually quite helpful, but there is some room for improvement in the search capability and some of the content.

It is quick and easy to learn and has great training videos
Love this program for the interface! It has soo many options in regards to creating visually interesting reports that just relay the info.

Cons
I like most of the features , thus no least liked features
While Tableau is beautiful and can do so much, it can be daunting and difficult to use for more complex visuals. The pricing is also more suited for enterprises vs. small businesses.
