Pros/Cons

Pros
Building a query is very easy. It's easy to understand the interface, graphs are good and can be easily exported. The dashboards are very useful.
A very high-class product. Integration with other systems is great. The system can analyze a lot of information from many systems at the same time.

Cons
Learning is slow. Initially, it takes time to understand the reports and pattern it finds out of the log. But it's worth learning it.
As a student I think price is high, but I think value for money is good.

Great Interface More granular data reporting Powerful and fast
SalesForce has the ability to store many accounts with the customers/clients information and easy to find them and create new account.

Cons
It is not a self-sufficient product, but rather an API with very limited functionality and bugs. Almost impossible to scale the tool, or build something usable once the complexity of tasks increases.
Nothing as such, but yes there are some scope of improvements for the product.
