Using TrenData for personnel-related reports and analytics has been easy and empowering.
We are a services company, with IT talent as our main focus in multiple offices, having TrenData as our people analytics software has helped us see trends by location, which empowered us to plan and take action by location vs. reacting as a whole after the fact.
Pros
TrenData the company has been very pleasant to work with thus far. As far as the software, the pros: - Smooth and easy Implementation - User friendly - Intuitive interface - Customizable dashboard with drill down charts - Easy to spot trends and then being able to dig deeper and have the capability of predicting the future based on variable decisions in the present. - Lastly, the support we receive from TrenData's Support Team has been superb.
Cons
Considering that the tool is less than a year old, the only con is that we are unable to capitalize on the full potential of what the software can do yet, in terms of more powerful analytics based on external factors, not just internal data. But, we know from the TrenData Team that this is already in the works.

We needed a solution to help visualize into metrics and analytics the data we had accumulated
Pros
We have one central place where all our key metrics are on one dashboard, and with one click we can trend them to analytics. Our business and finance leaders love having quick visualizations of the workforce and how it drives the business. We just send them the metric or graph right from the system.

Awesome Software
Pros
Its basically a data-driven approach for managing people at work.Anytime business leaders can make decisions about their people based on deep analysis of data instead of using any traditional method.
Cons
So far I really like this tool on a day to day basis. Will recommend everyone to use this software once just for testing.

The system was very easy to use and what little support we needed was terrific.
Pros
The software provided the necessary visualization that allowed us to get a handle on the composition of our distributed workforce. We were also able to marry finance data with HR data to show revenue versus cost per employee and see the effects of monthly hires and terminations.
Cons
There is very little to dislike about the software. Although we do think we are only using a fraction of the capabilities.
