Pros/Cons

Pros
We tried Accruent for a while to help us out on our projects and maintain a good schedule of our jobs.
Great software for businesses of all sizes to manage their day to day operations. It offers users market planning and site selection capabilities.

Cons
I do not like that you can not accept or reject a work order from an email. That is one of my favorite aspects of service channel. This program is definitely more organized though.
I don't really have a negative position about this software. If I had to choose something I would say a customization feature would be nice.

Pros
great configuration and super easy to customise
Excellent features and easy to use. Mobile phone app is very good.

Cons
At the time the AD integration wasn't live and we had to duplicate our data entry efforts. That's now been resolved.
The only con is how the software is difficult right out of the box. It's extremely powerful so it does take a little bit of time to get used to it.
