Space management is the key feature of the solution that offers CAD management, occupancy tracking, strategic planning, assets, stacking and blocking and chargeback abilities.
CenterStone features a built-in DWG engine that reads and writes to the native AutoCAD file without the need to have AutoCAD installed. Easy to learn
Pros
I've used CAFM a Space Management programs in the past and this was an easy transition. The ease of the software and the advancement from years ago when I used CAFM was a great surprise. I used it in higher education for about 3 years and it helped to make campus spaces.

Three years in and we still can't fully use it.
If you want something that is easy to use and helps your company save time and money, than look else where.
Pros
The sales team does a good job at getting people to make the purchase. It might not be what your looking for but they sell it to you.
Cons
It's not intuitive at all. Much of what we were promised was technically true but is not reality. If this was 1998 I might this looked good but it's 2018 and it's just clumsy and hard to use. Our main goal was to make things simpler for our service techs and our space planners. This has not saved any time for either. Right now only the Ops Management works. We had a third party company help with implementation so now Trimble is selective with what they help with. We now have to pay two companies for support. This makes our yearly cost more than we budgeted for.
