The solution is deployed on-premise and works in three user modes—employee, operator and contact center agent. Depending on the call traffic employees can switch roles.
Univerge Business ConneCT enables employees to choose the medium through which they can be contacted depending on their location including office, home or on the move.
The Operator mode provides features such as selective call answering, free seating, a central directory, operator group statistics, a user interface for the visually impaired, mobile messaging, calendar integration and ad-hoc call recording.
Employee mode provides a desktop and mobile client, phone control, conferencing, voicemail and hotkey dialer. The Contact Center module integrates skill-based routing, email routing, Web chat routing, real-time monitoring and reporting and outbound callback for abandoned callers.
