Pros/Cons

Pros
Easy to use and understand even for the computer challenged! [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] answers questions quickly.
How easy it is to navigate the system and figure things out. I also like that you can schedule individual training sessions for those learning to use it.

Cons
Some bugs were encountered, but the developers were quick to fix the issues.
It is not as intuitive as some other options but within a very short time we were able to figure it out.

Pros
I love how easy this product is to use for our volunteers but still remains a pretty powerful product.
This product is flexible. Layers are amazing as long as you know how to use them properly. It plays pretty much any file you throw at it. Trial version is excellent.

Cons
Though the user interface is clean and simple; when it comes to data input, there are a few common tasks that take frequent mouse movements and clicks which should be made into keystroke shortcuts.
It’s a little pricey but good It could have been a little more organized as well. Some things were still unclear to mean
