Pros/Cons

Pros
I love that this software is so simple to use. Many softwares carrying this many details are very confusing and overwhelming. I love that this one makes it easy.
I love the freshness of the design, layout, and features. Everything with them is extremely well thought-out, planned, and executed.

Cons
Certain parts of planning center are not very intuitive. Once you have worked in the system for a while and have experience, it's easy to understand, but the learning curve can be quite detailed.
The only bad thing about Planning Center is the price. It can get expensive as you add people to your teams. However, it is still a great value for the money.

Pros
Great way to connect with the entire congregation at once. Thankful it has an app as well as desktop access. Reports are great to work with as far as contributions.
It is very user friendly and the customer support was very quick & efficient with handling any issues.

Cons
The search engine is not as robust as some other products, but that is improving as the product develops.
Development of new capabilities is slower than desired. However, when new capabilities are fielded they are excellent
