About DARTS

DARTS is a cloud-based maintenance management system designed for the aviation industry. Key features include project management tools, activity monitoring, user-based access and permission controls, team collaboration tools, document management and real-time event notifications.

The solution helps to automate tasks involved in aircraft delivery and redelivery, transaction monitoring, inspection scheduling and discrepancy tracking. Maintenance requests can be shared with service operators in real time. The service dashboard displays a list of pending and completed maintenance requests as well as the current operator's availability. Once a request is closed at the operator's end, an automated notification is sent.

Users can record service and maintenance notes and pass them along to the maintenance operators. DARTS also enables users to manage system access and permission levels for different groups of users based on their roles in the maintenance process.
