Pros
O fracttal facilita e otimiza a manutenção de forma fácil e rápida,. Ele fornece todas as ferramentas necessárias para gerir uma manutenção e o suporte é excepcional!
Easy to use and has an extraordinay interaction with all the workers through the cell phone.

Cons
While it is easy to use once you´ve been introduced to it, it isn´t very intuitive by itself, especially with the more complex functions.
User reports are very powerful but can not be saved for future use, so you have to redo it each time.

Pros
Super Easy to use and simple. I love the flow of the app and that you don’t have to search hard to find things.
The app is great. The interface is simple and intuitive. The ability to communicate with employees within a work order is fantastic.

Cons
Occasionally it has crashed but Customer Support have been helpful
The learning curve on the setup is a bit steep, but their support is pretty good.
