Box vs SearchExpress Document Management

Browsing tends to be slow at times and users that are not in-house are given read-only access to the files library, but Box remains an excellent robust solution for my needs.

Some clients have enterprise versions of box which look and feel different so that can be a little confusing at the start. Overall, not much to complain about as the use is pretty simple.

The many rich features of this product are not easily identified. The technical support makes up for it though. Customer support is always there with answers and available literally 24/7.

Have to pay attention when selecting vendors because sometimes it will jump to the next vendor on the list.
