Brandifyer is a cloud-based brand portal solution that provides marketing and communication tools for product managers.

The brand portal provides marketers with access to content libraries that can house images, videos and use guidelines for digital assets. Users can add content types and tools to the brand portal to produce new marketing publications and launch them in market.

Lytho delivered an integrated digital asset management solution

• We are always thriving for a simple way of working and collaboration. Lytho made it possible to phase out other applications without resistance. The fact Lytho works similar like ‘consumer’ applications as Google search and Pinterest made the adaptation easy and made sure there was no threshold to benefit from it from day one. • The fact we didn’t receive any individual training request by users proved Lytho is truly easy to use. We only utilized the offered administrator and template training. Onboarding went fully via video-conferencing and was sufficient and fun to do. • From an IT perspective we were able to phase out three other applications and decreased the amount of work involved with sharing content with approx. 40%.

Pros

We were looking for a solution for easy collaboration on our digital assets with our own teams and with external partners and agencies. We wanted to discourage the usage of several tools like for example wetransfer and dropbox and offer one easy to use integrated solution to our users. Lytho turned out to be the ideal solution. Because Lytho is so easy to use, the adoption of the new solution went without saying. For us the integration with Microsoft Office with an additional plus which helps us using the right files and content across channels.

Lytho directly boosted the results of our agency after a joint implementation for one of our biggest

*Core business, mission, challenge Our biggest challenge is to share, store and retrieve big amounts of digital assets in the easiest possible way. Lytho turns out to be the solution for that. *Process of implementation? It was a joint implementation. Lytho was responsible for the technical design and the data migration. We took care of the configuration and onboarding. For us it was a great cooperation and big thanks to the Lytho team. * Most important results that customer has achieved by using Lytho? Centralizing all different repositories and move them all to a single source, while it can be searched and retrieved very easily was by far the biggest benefit.

Pros

A large international retail customer of ours was looking for a mature Digital Asset Management solution to manage over 1 million digital assets. After a diligent selection process we finally awarded Lytho. One of the biggest advantages is that they are using the latest technology especially when it comes to the use of ai technology. Their auto-tagging and batch editing of metadata are key when handling these amounts of assets. Compared to what we saw Lytho is definitely the frontrunner in this market.

Cons

Until now are expectations are exceeded.

As a large sized learning institute we have a lot of locations throughout the country, with also different education levels. This structure is quite complex to manage in relation to the many assets we have. Therefore we had trouble finding the right assets for the right purpose, which took a lot of time. Also our locations were having trouble with creating on-brand material to communicate with (potential) students. When we were introduced to the way Lytho has solved the categorizing and structuring of the Assets we were curious how that would work for us. Lytho gave us good guiding and best practices to create the taxonomy via a tag structure to be able to find the Asset we need. Combined with the permissions you can apply on user-level, locations and education levels only have access to the Assets they need to see. Next to the DAM we are also using the Brand guide module to inform every education level with their own branding guidelines. Nice feature there is that you can share a brand guide (with downloadables) as a webpage with everybody you want via a simple link! We are planning to integrate further with Lytho and also start using their Create & Publish module with dynamic templating and integration with Adobe InDesign. This will allow us to create templates for flyers and posters which our locations can dynamically fill, without needing designer skills. Meanwhile we can stay in control because the creations need to be approved by us. To conclude we recommend Lytho!

Great solution for efficiency and brand consistency

We use Lytho to manage all our content in a centralized way, so each office can easily find the right content for them. We have a lot of assets, pictures, templates and other materials and being able to find any piece of content with just a couple of clicks is a huge deal for us. Our different locations and offices can now create their own marketing content, and with Lytho’s assistance, we know that the materials are always on brand.

Pros

Our users love the interactive brand center which now houses our brand guidelines. It was the deciding factor that won us over when we were choosing a DAM to store and organize our brand.

Cons

The way of setting up and maintaining the online brand guideline should be improved.

Taking the next step with Lytho

Our company is working with Lytho because they provide excellent support and because they comply to strict security measures which is very important in our industry. We needed help because our team was struggling with scaling marketing content production. Our key strategic focus in the past years has been to become more digital. It has been a great opportunity but it also puts a lot of pressure to our marketing, branding and sales departments because they have to increase their output. After consulting Lytho about this, we decided to implement their solution to increase the efficiency of our marketing operations. The results have been better than we could have imagined. We've cut 75% time from doing operational tasks like looking for resources, uploading, sharing, and publishing. Our people now have more time to focus on what they are really good at which has led to a 45% increase in creating new content. Lytho will deliver a substantial ROI to any company or team that regularly works with (digital) assets like videos, images, presentations or brochures.

Pros

The main reason for choosing Lytho is that you can create and edit templates very easily and quickly from Adobe Indesign. This has enormous added value for us and our customers.

The template builder needs some adjustments. After I discussed that with Lytho they immediately took action and adjusted for the new update
