Pros/Cons

Pros
I love the ease of use and the aesthetic of it! It's very easy to read and very easy to navigate.
Very easy to use, a great asset to our company. I absolutely love using this software and am happy with it

Cons
This software is great overall, but sometimes the search feature can be a bit finicky.
Design isn't great as the application is not very easy to use so some people can have trouble learning how to use it. Other than that, I believe it's a great application

Pros
It is great to input information and the customer support has been amazing. The ability to input so many options and white label the intranet is outstanding
Easy to use and customize. It is a source of invaluable information for our team.

Cons
The only small issue I have is there are a few things to input for changes that were difficult but that being said it is updated so frequently that features come out often
Does not integrate with outlook/exchange calendars very well. Messaging needs a little improvement, but I believe will come with time.
