BuildCircle contact directory helps users to create contact groups and upload the details to relevant projects using drag and drop functionality.

BuildCircle helps users to generate project reports in order to view subcontractors performance, bid status and audit trails of contacts. Users can also export reports in spreadsheets and PDF formats. BuildCircle allows users to track communications and send project notifications to subcontractors through email and fax. It also assists users to design emails using customized email templates.

BuilsCircle enables users to set role-based access permissions for data and information. Services are available on a monthly subscription basis which includes support via phone and email.
