Construct buy has faciliate the experience of the estimation process with our client.
New clients, facility to get documents for bidding
Pros
I really like the user interface and the easy way to get the files from our clients. We got new clients without any cold calls or invitations. I like the fact that we get alerted if there are addendas or new dates.
Cons
My concern is the way to get new clients or to invite some subcontractors. There could be a way to have a reference and verification system ? For the moment, the contractors or listed in the alphabetical order.

We like it for bids but not interested in project management for the moment.
Easier to use then our previous program.
Pros
It is easy to select our sub contractors for bids and to add documents such as prints, addendum, etc. We have access to a larger catalogue of sub contractors, especially when we have a bid outside our area.
Cons
There are too many things we don't use that have been added, especially for project management. Changing too often how to load information. Not able to change be myself the invitation sent to sub contractors.

Saving time is the main benefits
Pros
Fast search for substrades Good subs tender files to search form and to manage our owns subs list. WAS easy files managing for tender processus. WAS easy access/interface
Cons
NOW is no longer a 'user friendly click and drag' interface 'tender invitation processus'. Going worst since they add to many options for the 'construction managing processus' that are not request for ours daily use (and will never be!).

Easy to use, simple and precise
Much easier to send out invitations to bid with your software
Pros
Everything is well identified, easy to find what you are looking for.I save a lot of time and can devote myself to my other tasks.ease of publishing documents in tenders
Cons
Your new updates are more complicated you have interest in simplifying the system not making it more complex. I only regret that some subcontractors do not use your software.

great plaform easy to use with client
I can follow all my projet in on place, save a lot of times.
Pros
I like the interface and how you describe the project with many good information. And the fact that we can follow our addendum quickly.
Cons
not all the client want to pay for it... except that , may be you could combine the project per general contractor or something like that. good program
