Pros/Cons

Pros
Easy to use and learn. Almost all the features are able to talk to each other. Great way to stay organized and have everything in one place.
easy to use price perfect, I love using it everyday with my coworker and the customer service is really kind

Cons
For some simple projects it's almost too sophisticated and requires a lot of input for minor things.
The learning curve isn't bad for the basics, but for more advanced options it takes a bit of getting used to.

Pros
I like the way the entire products functions and the product support. Any problem that I have had has always been answered.
Easy and fast. Don't have to be a computer genius to operate it. Excellent customer support.

Cons
Takes some time to get used to it but they have a decent help network.
You can't change extensions or create new ones unless you have the premier version. its the only thing really lacking from the advanced version but not work the upgrade for this one function.
