Pros/Cons

Pros
Product is very easy to navigate and extremely efficient. I have and will continue to recommend it!
I love this software, everything about it. It is so easy and efficient to use and it is not complex at all.

Cons
The interface is often confusing, because of the variety of commands, however several friends use it and share experiences with me.
The search engine was changed and now it doesn't work as it used to. Overall is a very good app for the money.

Pros
I like the way the entire products functions and the product support. Any problem that I have had has always been answered.
Easy and fast. Don't have to be a computer genius to operate it. Excellent customer support.

Cons
Takes some time to get used to it but they have a decent help network.
you can't change extensions or create new ones unless you have the premier version. its the only thing really lacking from the advanced version but not work the upgrade for this one function.
