ADAPTcrm is an on-premise customer relationship management (CRM) solution designed to track customer and vendor information. Key features include marketing campaign management, real-time accounting integration, sales opportunity management and service ticket management.

ADAPTcrm’s marketing campaign management application can manage customized marketing campaigns and execute these campaigns with targeted lists while complying with budget requirements. The system provides real-time reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns, including account analysis, pipeline analysis and profitability analysis.

The system has sales automation capabilities, such as a forecasting system to predict the chance of an opportunity to close and a sales knowledge base of competitor’s strengths or weaknesses and purchase barriers to help win new business.

ADAPTcrm also includes tools for managing service contracts, tickets/incidents, warranty programs and renewals. It can assign a service contract to an account and customize terms and conditions for specific contracts.

Pros

Easy to log in candidate info and there is a feature allowing uploading bulk resumes which is very helpful

Cons

Features are limited. When you try to do mass emails the system tends to freeze up. Candidate notes aren't in the best format.

Highly Customizable With a Multitude of Tools

Pros

The ability to embed your own customization is excellent. It can be configured using setup tables, which I loved.

Cons

There are times when CRM needs go beyond the features offered by this product. That being said, I do not believe that any CRM solution tries harder to accommodate and anticipate needs.

Easy CRM

Pros

This is a nice CRM tool it's easy to use quite intuitive and makes your work life very easy and fruitful

Cons

There is bit of a learning curve in it but with time you should be able to get it and it's easy to get the customer support

The cost is another consideration. The cloud based option looks expensive to me. You need to subscribe every year.

Pros

Lots of Good Options, Its Cloud Based Features and Integration of Modules. You can utilize it for many different problems

Cons

Sometime not easy to figure out the options. You might need to have a official training and some hands on experience to work with this.
