AvayaLive Connect’s voicemail feature sends automated notifications to mobile phones or through email. The personal conference bridge feature allows for the setup and sharing of private conferences with employees, partner and customers.
The automated call attendant feature helps to answer calls even during off-business hours. Users can also forward calls to their respective numbers. The instant messaging feature allows users to chat with and collaborate, while the video calling feature enables multi-party video calls for two to six users.

Great Experience, easy to use and the real time analytics really helped us as a business
We use Avaya as part of our telephony system, it's a great piece of software with a good monitoring system which you can see real time what your employees statuses are.
The cost is a little expensive we found, however the quality of the system more than covers the cost

Good application tool
Its very easy to use, and I like that instantly you can start receiving calls from your computer without any phone.
They might use a better appearance because its very difficult sometimes how to put a pause, they should put more icons.
