Desktop Sales Office Software


Desktop Sales Office is an on-premise sales automation tool designed for solo sales professionals and small business sales teams. Primary features include deals and contact management, tasks, calling campaigns, outbound email and document management for prospects and customers.  

Users can create templates and campaigns that can be customized by administrators. Deals, contacts, appointments and tasks can be linked with other deals, contacts, appointments, tasks, Web pages and documents. Desktop Sales Office also offers other features, such as printing and reporting for deals or contact lists. Activity logging provides an automatic series of log entries to track significant events and actions, such as starting or ending the program, opening or closing a pipeline file, editing a contact, sending an email, phone call and more.

Customer Support

It is fairly easy to maneuver through and keeps information at hand. It is easy for me to find my contacts and proposals when searching.


I wish it was more integrated with other programs, maybe a little more user friendly. I have not tried the customer service.
