Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Love the ability to fine tune it to how we prefer to use it. Customer support is top notch. I also like the ease of data entry.

  • I like that they are always adding features but on a calculated time frame. Other CRMs I have used were always adding new features but still had glitches they never fixed. I love using Firepoint.

  • Cons

  • The front end could be a little better, but I hear that is coming very soon. Still generates leads and that is the bottom line for our team.

  • No "storage space" online so documents can't be saved.... Not everything can be customized. Besides that, great platform.

  • Pros

  • Fantastic customer service. Great layout. Very intuitive.

  • Excelente aplicativo, bem intuitivo e fácil de se aprender a utilizar para realizar o gerenciamento de vendas

  • Cons

  • What there are several functions that require some training (tutorials) is not annoying, just that it takes a little time

  • Their email creation tool is great, however, it can't import custom fonts to help keep messages aligned with branding.
