Pros
Fantastic customer service. Great layout. Very intuitive.
Excelente aplicativo, bem intuitivo e fácil de se aprender a utilizar para realizar o gerenciamento de vendas

Cons
What there are several functions that require some training (tutorials) is not annoying, just that it takes a little time
Their email creation tool is great, however, it can't import custom fonts to help keep messages aligned with branding.

Pros
I like how easy the interface is to use. Customer service is also great.
very easy to use. easy to load resumes and search key words. great place to keep track of recruiting information.

Cons
Currently, the look and feel of the product is a little dated, but it seems like the next update will modernize the software to be more in line with competitors.
The only con would be the user who doesn't use the software to its maximum potential. Only con might be that it's not super intuitive but the capability is there.
