NGChat is a cloud-based customer chat solution designed for e-commerce businesses of any size. Key features include customer support, activity and conversion monitoring, offline messaging delivery and automated messaging.

NGChat tracks all customer activity on users' websites, including browsing history, order history, pages visited, time spent and shopping cart. This information can be used by agents to engage customers in sales conversations. Agents can also chat multiple people at a time.

The solution is able to send automatic messages triggered by predetermined actions, such as time spent on a web page. The appearance of the customer-facing chat window can be customized to fit the branding of the website.

NGChat is available for purchase on a per user per month subscription basis.

I have been using the free version for some months now and it's satisfying enough for a small business with one or two users


Can't think of one as it does what it has to do and as I m not the only user I get emails with the chat history which keeps me updated
