The solution is capable of delivering customer insights that help stakeholders to eliminate the guesswork out of their decisions and make fact-based decisions.

Siebel CRM works well

Siebel CRM works well but needs some tweaks for faster loading time and better UI features

Pros

User interface is good
Siebel is easy to use and it won't require much to to get users accustomed to it
Integration to other programs or platforms is possible

Cons

UI needs tweaking to look and feel up-to-date. If you compare it to other platforms, I would say Siebel is a bit behind.
Common issue with it is how slow it loads up. Unless you have above average PC specs, you won't really say Siebel loads up pretty fast.

main tab color of the software is blue! good for storing large databases, esp for bpo companies or customer service.

Pros

I used this software while working for a consulting firm. I like how easy it was to enter communication comments, track communication and assign anything that was necessary to another co-worker or member of the team.

Cons

I can't think of any; just that this is best suited for a larger company for tracking and delegation purposes.
