The software also offers critical capabilities such as multichannel support, automatic notification, employee self-service, skills-based routing and knowledge content management. The helpdesk software allows agent to find a solution to the employee’s query by leveraging company knowledge base. The application increases the agents’ productivity by providing shortcuts with codes for data entry to auto populate fields and columns.
