Pros/Cons

Pros
The staff is very helpful with the product. My favorite part about this product is the automation.
Web Based, love the task list, very customizable, sales process builder is awesome.

Cons
I wish it was free, but I guess you have to pay for good stuff.
Mobile is challenging at times. Customer support is quick and responsive when I encountered issues.

not many, can be clunky but the pros definitely outweigh the little cons
The app is great, but the free version needs some work. I believe it is a beta version. It is great for uploading info on the go, but the free version tends to crash
