Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This software is so easy to use . I love it. Great functionality. The dashboard is always very attractive and simple

  • Beautiful interface and mostly very good price

  • Cons

  • The new Lightning experience​ looks pretty good however it is missing so many functions from the classic view.

  • not many, can be clunky but the pros definitely outweigh the little cons

  • I absolutely love this program, it is so easy to navigate and I love that I can customize my options.

  • I love the Lead distribution and disposition. It makes it easy to do business and be super efficient.

  • Cons

  • The only complaint I have is when updates are made to the UI and there is no notice, so I click on buttons that did not previously exist. It isn't a problem, just slightly annoying.

  • Some connection issues at times and you can call a lead when another is already on the phone with them. Other than that, no complaints.
