Reporting is time consuming. You can get to the information, but it takes time and resources.

SAVO - A outdated solution with great customer support
Pros
SAVO was easily configurable and provided a quick implementation process. The Customer Success team was top notch.
Cons
SAVO fell behind other providers of content management software. They did not keep their product roadmap on the leading edge because they invested too much in keeping their large enterprise clients happy
