Features of StreetSmart include customizable fields, such as “Call for follow up,” “Mail literature” and “Send quote,” and notification alert features.

Pros

As a legacy user of SkyOne, I have seen the company's ability to respond to and provide the best systems for organizational operations and improvement. They do this by having a constant "ear to the track" to perpetually monitor the needs of the market. While managing this effort they (InfoStreet/SkyOne) have still provided the highest levels of customer care and service.
Providing quick response to customer's requests is a good metric, but you have always provided nearly INSTANT response no matter what the issue is. Good Job Guys!

Cons

Some applications are not mobile optimized. But I have been able to and can work around that.

Outstanding Customer Service

One of the outstanding strengths of the company that resonates in all the offered product is the quality of customer support, or customer success as it is called.

Pros

Navigating across disparate software components is a tedious task and usually ties users to a specific hardware. SkyOne gathers components under one umbrella that is not only easy to access but also provides a unified, hardware-agnostic interface and platform. This makes staff on-boarding, user access, and access control much more efficient for system administrators and users themselves.

Cons

I would like to see more apps in the App Market.

Terrific for e-mail

We haven't used all the functionality available from InfoStreet's StreetSmart, but have been very happy with its e-mail system. Easy to set up inbox and folders and organize as we want. Easy to search for old e-mails. (Only wish we could sort by unread e-mails.) Have had little trouble with downtime or server unavailability. And customer support is fabulous - very responsive. Recommend them highly.

Pros

Ease of use. Customer support. Ability to set up customized distribution lists.

Cons

Can't just view unread e-mails.

Great customer service

Pros

I've been a client/user since the inception of this company. I'm probably the least tech-savvy person so when I say the SkyOne product is easy to use, its not an understatement. I can't speak to the specific tech but this product makes my job easier.

Cons

Not mobile friendly but make it work when I need to (which is rare).

Fantastic

In one word: Fantastic.

Pros

I pretty much like everything about the product. Ease of use, value, meeting all expectations. Most I like about the company has been the personalized help we have received on rare occasions we needed help.

I cannot think of anything I do not like about the product
