Watcheezy is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution suitable for businesses of all sizes with key features such as live chat, automated chat and behavioral targeting functionalities within a suite.

Watcheezy integrates with websites and allows users to introduce a click-to-chat and click-to-call button on their webpages. The predictive engine of the software monitors visitor data on the backend, capturing information such as pages visited, time spent on each page and product interests. The system uses this information to proactively assign chat agents to the visitors who need help making purchases. 

Watcheezy uses customized reports and dashboards to track and monitor key chat metrics such as coverage rate, conversion rate and response rate, giving users a complete view of the performance of their live chat.

Works Well and Gets the Job Done

Pros

Used this for a while on the company website for live chat with visitors. I appreciated the shortcut messages available and I didn't experience any glitches or anything. Works well for wordpress websites.

Cons

When we first implemented Watcheezy, we thought due to the name that they would have live video chat. They don't! But other then that, no complaints.

Pros

This CRM is easy to use. The best features is that it helps you convert leads into active buyers and sellers

Cons

It can be tedious to get the initial database setup. It requires a lot of upfront time and commitment to the CRM
