Pros/Cons

Pros
Great interface and a very intuitive organization of features. Things seem to make a lot of sense to new people we train.
Very easy to use. Super intuitive. I recommend it to small businesses.

Cons
I wish their reports were a little more customizable on our end. We are used to QB reports which are easily customized to our need with filters, etc. They do offer custom reports, but for a fee.
Overall, all good. But, plugins could be a bit more affordable to purchase.

The Visco support team is very helpful and easily accessible any time there's a question, especially at the initial stage of the project adaptation.
User-friendly & great customer service. Happy to work with VISCO for almost a year now.

Cons
Can still be a bit buggy at times, but on the flip side problems are easily resolved by the staff
It takes time to fully customize it, but once completed, you won't regret it!
