Magaya Distribution System is a distribution and warehouse management system (WMS) suitable for wholesalers, importers, exporters and traders. It can be deployed as a cloud-based or on-premise solution. Key features include inventory tracking, customer portal, automatic restocking and shipping management.
Magaya Distribution System enables users to manage purchase orders and payment, track inventory details, sell to customers, track delivery, generate reports and manage accounting. Users can create a commerce quote and then receive the orders from customers via EDI or manually enter it. If an item is not in stock, the system can automatically backorder items when processing sales orders.
The solution is also able to track inventory levels and purchase from preferred vendors and automatically send out bills and invoices to customers. When items are ordered, users can pick and pack and then release them with a single Cargo Release document. Other features include guided putaway and picking sequences and user-defined replenishment procedures.

With the last update the icons became so visually friendly! Once you see the icon, you have a big idea what it does!
Sometimes if you put too many words on a field in an bill of lading and you save it as PDF, some of those words just disappear! You need to put the exact amount of words per line so everything is saved on the pdf.

Warehouse module is by far the best out in the market. simple and user friendly
Accounting functionality is not 100% accurate on numbers.....software does have a ABI module....I know is the next big thing to come out but still.....lacks "business intelligence"
