Super Responsive Team and Easy To Use Software

Overall experience for the product has been awesome with super reliable team and product. I and my peers have so far enjoyed as it has order management super easy.

Pros

The most impactful fact I loved about the product was the onboarding process and proper guidance. Since we were new users of the product so we wanted a little handholding to start understanding the product and impact better. We received great support from the team from time to time.

Cons

The features are great and we are able to do majority of the stuff with the application. However, one area which can be improved is the look and feel. If that is improved then its will be great.

Reasons for Choosing OrderCircle

One of the major reasons was affordability and the other was super responsive team which we felt while we were during trial.

Wholesale Ordering Portal Made Simple

We setout to develop our own wholesale ordering portal, but decided to first look at third party vendors. OrderCircle was proven to be the best value (features to price ratio) with responsive support, helpful onboarding, and nice out-of-the-box functionality. We looked at nearly 20 solution providers, looking very hard at 4 in particular; OrderCircle won out based on our selection criteria and product requirements!

Pros

OrderCircle is easy to setup and deploy, and the QuickBooks integration makes payment and invoicing very straightforward. With OrderCircle we were able to build our entire wholesale ordering portal in a matter of weeks, and begin taking orders soon thereafter. No more manual sales entry -- a real timesaver for our sales staff, and our customers love it!

Cons

The platform could use some additional features and functionality, and the UI/look and feel is a bit outdated, lacking visual customization options for a unique storefront. However we are told version 2.0 is to be released in early 2021, and we are excited about that!

Quick and Easy sales management software

After evaluating several sales suite, we settled with OrderCircle based on our needs and overall value. The team understood we wanted to do some things that were not native to their app, and they were more than happy to cater and help us through the obstacles. We look forward to working with their team on some additional improvements and customizations in the near future.

Pros

Was able to deploy and use almost immediate with some minor tweaks here and there from the OrderCircle team. Had most of the features we needed to quickly handle b2b phone transactions, record management, and easy inventory management with ShipStation integration.

Cons

Some areas of reporting and customer look up aspects could be improved, but the team at OrderCircle are willing to work with you to custom tailor their application to your business needs. The application is definitely out of the box capable of wholesale, but we need something for sales rep and b2b, and eventually made OrderCircle work.

Easy to Work with OrderCircle!

Everyone is very responsive and helpful when we have questions.

Pros

It integrates with our 3rd party warehouse so there isn't duplication of order processing.

Cons

OrderCircle seems to be in a continuous improvement process. So when I could not edit orders that showed up as "shipped" previously, I can do that now.

Orderbot was very cumbersome in many ways.

Easy to use inventory management... Exactly what I was looking for

Overall If you are looking for a tailored solution for your b2b order and inventory management solution in a reasonable pricing with super supportive team, I will recommend Order circle. Tool does seamlessly what it supposed to do and helps one managing their business.

Pros

It's easy to use, super simple to integrate. Team is very helpful and above that team is super nice to help you out. I am currently managing my all orders through order circle now. Oh yeah and it also helps connecting with quickbooks.

Cons

There is nothing much that I don't like. Overall it's a good tool to help you do what you got to do. But if there are some more integrations possible in the feature that will be amazing.

Easy Access to Orders

Pros

What I simply love about this tool is that it gives me easy and quick access to all my orders and inventory right away. If I want, I can cancel shipment, and invoice from Order Circle. It gives instant updates when orders need to be shipped and it tells me when any order is overdue and if my stock levels are going low.

Cons

Sometimes it becomes slow, otherwise it is perfect for my small business!

Great Software to manage orders of a global distributors

they have a great service, even when we needed features they gave us a fair price and developed it. We are using it every day and we don't have any complaints.

Pros

We use the software to allow our authorized Distributors from 40 countries to buy our products.

Cons

you can't change the design of the invoice or documents and you can't change the template of the system.
