Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • How easy it is to upload sources and then review the document. I also like the availability of customer service via chat.

  • It is a cost effective, cloud-based software that replaces an antiquated system that was not cloud-based.

  • Cons

  • A few quirks that would make data input easier that I have passed along to the developers. Such as when adding in facts, have a "save and next" button.

  • CaseFleet is a great tool, but the price point is somewhat high.

  • Pros

  • This software allows me to do very detailed and complex searches of email stored in exchange or in pst files, and of other digital files.

  • Sherpa is great because it offers powerful ediscovery tools in a usable package. I find it's a great tool for professionals who are not necessarily every day ediscovery practitioners, like myself.

  • Cons

  • The interface is a bit dated, but the functionality is there.

  • It is slower than other tools, although this is based primarily on the server I run it from.
